Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie is a 2017 American computer-animated superhero comedy film based on Dav Pilkey's children's novel series of the same name. It stars the voices of Kevin Hart, Ed Helms, Thomas Middleditch and Nick Kroll. The plot follows two imaginative elementary school pranksters named George Beard and Harold Hutchins who hypnotize their cold-hearted principal, Mr. Krupp, into thinking he is Captain Underpants, a superhero who fights crime while wearing only underwear and a cape, thinking he has superpowers. This was followed in 2019 by a short film entitled The Spooky Tale of Captain Underpants Hack-a-Ween. In the sequel, when Melvin tries to cancel Halloween, clever best friends Harold and George create their own spooky holiday. In 2020, an interactive episode called Captain Underpants Epic Choice-o-Rama was released on Netflix. The episode involves Harold and George stopping Mr. Krupp from blowing up their beloved treehouse.

A sequel, Grown Ups 2, was released on July 12, 2013.

"Crocodile" Dundee is a 1986 Australian comedy film set in the Australian Outback and in New York City. It stars Paul Hogan as the weathered Mick Dundee, whose character was inspired by the late Rodney Ansell. Hogan's future wife Linda Kozlowski portrayed Sue Charlton. Inspired by the true life exploits of Rodney Ansell. There are two versions of the film: the Australian version, and the American/international version, the latter of which had much of the Australian slang replaced with more commonly understood terms, and was slightly shorter. The international version also changes the title to "Crocodile" Dundee, adding the quotation marks. The film was followed by two sequels: "Crocodile" Dundee II (1988) and Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles (2001).

Sandra Bullock agreed to star again as Annie, for financial backing for another project, but Keanu Reeves declined the offer to return as Jack. As a result, Jason Patric was written into the story as Alex Shaw, Annie's new boyfriend, with her and Jack having broken up due to her worry about Jack's dangerous lifestyle. Willem Dafoe starred as the villain John Geiger, and Glenn Plummer (who played Reeves' carjacking victim) also cameos as a boat driver. The film is considered one of the worst sequels of all time.
